We chose Toyoko Inn for its proximity to Shinagawa Station, and it met our expectations. Despite being adjacent to the elevator, room 511 was surprisingly quiet. The easy access to landmarks like Tokyo Tower and Sengaku-ji enriched our stay. Although breakfast was busy and basic, it was a nice perk. a practical choice for a family, though the dated facilities could use some upgrades.

I had a great experience overall, especially considering the fantastic value for the price. The location near the train station was perfect for quick access, and the staff was helpful, even during my late arrival.

The air conditioning was right above the bed, and it was unbearable to sleep with the cold air blasting down on me all night. It made for a pretty uncomfortable stay, especially since the room was already so cramped.
